Costs and Fees
There are various costs associated with visa applications.
Examples of these are the fees for lodging visa application, skills assessment,
English language examination, medical examination, police clearance
certification, sponsorship, assurance of support bond and document
translations. We advise customers as to which requirements are
relevant to them and the exact amounts applicable at the time
of consultation.
We offer a range of services for which we charge migration agency
fees commensurate to the duration and complexity of our professional
involvement and other resources required.
We provide a free initial consultation service
using the mode of communication that is most convenient to a customer. Face to
face meetings are encouraged but person to person communication through the
telephone, electronic mail, and postal mail are acceptable alternatives. This
service is limited to a brief assessment of a customer's situation to establish
their chances of meeting the requirements of a valid visa application for a
specific visa subclass. The free telephone, e-mail and postal services provide
responses to a maximum of five (5) major topics requested on the first contact.
Each subsequent service incurs a charge that is determined
by the nature of the service we are to provide. Quotations are issued and a
service agreement must be signed by both parties prior to us commencing work
towards a visa application. Flexible payment plans are negotiated.
