Our Vision
Aurora Quality International (AQI) makes a modest
but significant contribution to the cultural, social,
technical and economic enrichment of Australia and
its residents.
AQI actively facilitates the lawful entry into Australia of many
individuals, families and organisations who have the desire to be in Australia,
the drive to succeed during their period of residence in Australia, the
commitment to patriotism and nationalism for Australia, and the generosity
towards the systems and infrastructures that are required to keep Australia a
very liveable and great country forever.
With every new entrant that it assists, AQI celebrates their
successful resettlement and the joys and pleasures that they derive from
Australian Citizenship.

AQI exists to make a contribution towards

AQI abides by Australian laws and regulations and
expects intending visitors or residents to do the
same.
Customer Focus
AQI welcomes people from all over the world, thus it provides services to
anyone regardless of country of origin, race, ethnicity, religion and gender as
long as they are prepared to enter into a formal service agreement with AQI.
AQI devotes time and effort in understanding the unique circumstances and needs
of individual customers. Empathy with customers is expressed through customised
and simplified packages developed with inputs from the customer.

Quality Assurance
AQI's business practices are in compliance with the operating guidelines
set by the Migration Agent's Registration
Authority (MARA) of Australia.
AQI relies on accurate information and executes contemporary
procedures in all aspects of the visa application process. The knowledge base
of its registered migration agents are constantly updated through formal
continuing professional development. Day to day practice is buttressed by a
professional library, a network of resource persons, and access to data or
information provided by government and private sources through the internet.
Privacy and Confidentiality
AQI safeguards the confidentiality
of personal and business information supplied by a
customer and does not disclose such information to
government authorities or any other agencies and individuals
without the customer's expressed consent unless AQI
is obliged to do so according to Australian law.
AQI respects the privacy of its customers. Only information
and documents relevant to a visa application are obtained
from a customer. Likewise, only the information essential
to a valid and successful visa application are submitted
to the Department of Immigration and Multicultural
and Indigenous Affairs (DIMIA) or a relevant authority
involved in the application assessment process.
Communicating with Customers
Courtesy and politeness prevails everywhere, everyday and in everyway at AQI.
AQI prefers human interface as the primary mode of service delivery. Person to
person communication through face to face contact are favoured. Electronic
communication via email and digital text messaging services are accepted as
alternatives for specific urgent communication. The transmission of documents
by facsimile is acceptable in some situations provided that the originals of
official documents are forwarded to AQI either via registered postal mail or
courier delivery.
AQI appreciates its role as a private service acting in conjunction with DIMIA
in assisting intending visitors and migrants. AQI fosters a cordial and
mutually respectful working relationship with the officers of DIMIA, the
Migration Review Tribunal (MRT,) the Refugee Review Tribunal (RRT), the
relevant courts of Australia and all other relevant authorities involved in the
processing of visa applications.
