AQI Migration Agency
The Australian government recognises the fact that most
people in Australia
and overseas need assistance in preparing their applications for visas,
sponsorships or employer nominations. Likewise, it recognises that
there are numerous individuals and organisations involved in assisting
applicants with either free services or on commercial terms. In order
to protect the community, Commonwealth regulations regarding the
qualifications, registration, ongoing professional development and
practices of Migration Agents are formulated and imposed. The
regulations are primarily embodied under the Migration Regulations 1994
(Part 3) and the Migration Agents Regulations 1998. It is provided for
in the regulations that anyone who uses knowledge of migration
procedures to offer advice or give assistance on visa and migration
issues be registered with the Migration Agents Registration Authority
(MARA). Non-compliance with the regulations could lead to imprisonment.
Aurora Balderas, Principal Consultant of AQI, meets all
of the requirements prescribed for practicing fee-charging migration agents
and is registered with the MARA. All customer inquiries and case work
regarding visas and migration issues are the primary responsibility of Aurora.
